Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute an official offer by Individual Entrepreneur Stepygin Alexander Andreevich (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") to enter into a service agreement under the conditions set forth below.

Acceptance of these Terms is considered to be registration on the website genroom.io and/or payment for services by the User. The moment of acceptance is considered the moment of concluding the Agreement between the Provider and the User.

2. Terms and Definitions

  • GenRoom Service — a web application located at genroom.io that provides AI-powered interior design image generation services.
  • User — an individual or legal entity using the Service.
  • Credits — the internal currency of the Service used to pay for image generation.
  • Generation — the process of creating an interior design image using AI.

3. Subject of the Agreement

3.1. The Provider undertakes to provide the User with access to the Service for generating interior design images using artificial intelligence technologies, and the User undertakes to pay for the services in the manner and under the conditions defined in these Terms.

3.2. To use the Service, the User purchases Credits under one of the available pricing plans. Current information about plans, credit amounts, and available features is posted on the Pricing page.

3.2.1. The Service also provides unlimited plans for a limited period of time (e.g., 7 days). Important: the term "unlimited" is used to denote access during the specified time period; however, when purchasing an unlimited plan, the User is actually credited with a specific number of credits determined by the plan settings in the database at the time of purchase. The number of credits for each unlimited plan is set by the Provider and may be changed. Information about the number of credits credited when purchasing an unlimited plan is internal information of the Provider and is not indicated in the public description of the plan. After the expiration of the unlimited plan period, all unused credits credited when purchasing the unlimited plan are canceled (expire) without the possibility of restoration. Access to generations is terminated unless a new plan has been purchased.

3.3. The cost of using various Service features (image generation, AI editor, quality enhancement, etc.) is determined in credits. The number of credits required for each feature is indicated in the Service interface.

Note: The Service uses advanced AI algorithms that preserve room geometry, window and door placement, ensuring accurate correspondence to the original image.

3.4. Upon registration, the User may receive free credits to familiarize themselves with the Service.

3.5. The AI editor allows making targeted changes to an already generated image by describing the desired changes in natural language. The edited image preserves the proportions and style of the original, making only the requested modifications.

3.6. All generated images are stored on the Provider's server for a limited time from the moment of creation. After this period, images may be deleted without notification to the User. The Provider recommends that Users download and save their preferred images on their own devices for long-term storage.

4. Service Cost and Payment Procedure

4.1. The current cost of Credit packages and pricing plans is listed on the Pricing page.

4.2. The Provider reserves the right to change service prices unilaterally. Price changes do not apply to already purchased Credits.

4.3. Payment is made through payment systems integrated into the Service. Available payment methods are listed on the payment page.

4.4. Credits are credited to the User's account automatically after payment confirmation.

4.5. The validity period of purchased Credits is indicated at the time of plan purchase. After the specified period, unused credits are canceled (expire) without the possibility of restoration.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

5.1. The Provider undertakes to:

  • Provide the User with access to the Service in accordance with these Terms;
  • Ensure the Service operates 24/7, except for technical maintenance periods;
  • Credit purchased Credits to the User's account after payment confirmation;
  • Ensure the confidentiality of the User's personal data.

5.2. The Provider has the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate the User's access to the Service in case of violation of these Terms;
  • Change the Service functionality without prior notice;
  • Perform technical maintenance with temporary access restrictions to the Service.

5.3. The User undertakes to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes;
  • Not use the Service to generate illegal or offensive content;
  • Provide accurate information during registration;
  • Pay for services in accordance with the pricing plans in a timely manner.

5.4. The User has the right to:

  • Use the Service in accordance with its functionality;
  • Use generated images for any purpose, including commercial;
  • Obtain a refund in accordance with Section 7 of these Terms.

6. Liability of the Parties

6.1. The Service uses artificial intelligence technologies for image generation. The Provider does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or conformity to the User's expectations of the generated images.

6.2. The Provider is not liable for:

  • The quality of generated images;
  • The conformity of results to the User's expectations;
  • Technical failures caused by third parties;
  • Losses arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

6.3. The Provider is not liable for temporary Service unavailability caused by technical issues.

6.4. The User bears full responsibility for the content of uploaded images and the use of generated content.

7. Refunds

7.1. Refunds are possible ONLY in case of Service unavailability for 24 consecutive hours, as well as in case of duplicate or erroneous charges. Detailed refund conditions are listed on the Refund Policy page.

7.2. By making a payment, the User agrees that refunds are only issued when the Service is unavailable for 24 consecutive hours. The User confirms that they had the opportunity to try the Service for free before payment using free credits granted upon registration, and to evaluate the generation quality before making a purchase decision.

7.3. Refunds are NOT issued in the following cases:

  • For Credits that have already been used for image generation, even partially
  • If the User is dissatisfied with the quality of generated images (generation quality depends on AI algorithms and is not guaranteed)
  • For short-term technical issues lasting less than 24 continuous hours
  • If the User changed their mind about the purchase
  • If the generation result does not meet the User's expectations
  • If the User did not use purchased Credits by their own choice
  • After the expiration of purchased Credits
  • For free Credits granted upon registration or through promotions
  • For subjective reasons related to the User's personal preferences

7.4. To request a refund in case of Service unavailability for 24 consecutive hours, the User must send a request to hello@genroom.io indicating the period of unavailability and evidence of attempts to access the Service.

7.5. Refunds are made to the bank card or account from which the payment was made, within the timeframes established by the Refund Policy.

8. Affiliate Program

8.1. The Service provides Users with the opportunity to participate in an affiliate (referral) program.

8.2. Participation conditions:

  • Each registered User automatically receives a unique referral code;
  • The Partner receives a percentage of each payment made by users who registered through their referral link. The current commission rate is indicated on the Affiliate Program page;
  • Commissions are credited to the Partner's referral balance automatically after payment confirmation by the referral;
  • The minimum amount for withdrawal of referral rewards is indicated in the affiliate program dashboard.

8.3. Referral reward payment procedure:

  • The Partner submits a withdrawal request through the dashboard on the affiliate program page;
  • The Provider reviews the request within established timeframes;
  • Upon approval, payment is made via a method convenient for the Partner (bank transfer, card);
  • If the request is declined, the Provider must send the Partner a reasoned refusal.

8.3.1. Hold period for referral commissions:

  • Hold period: Referral commissions become available for withdrawal only after the referral's refund period has expired;
  • Rationale: The hold period corresponds to the refund period. After the referral's refund period expires, the referral reward becomes final and available for withdrawal;
  • Right of refusal in case of suspected fraud: The Provider reserves the right to refuse payment of referral rewards and block funds in the Partner's balance if there are reasonable suspicions of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to: self-referral activity, use of bots, organization of schemes with subsequent refunds, metric manipulation;
  • Activity verification: The Provider conducts automatic and manual verification of Partner activity before each payment and reserves the right to request additional information or delay payment until the verification is complete;
  • Finality of decisions: The Provider's decision to refuse payment in case of detected fraudulent activity is final and not subject to appeal.

8.4. Prohibited actions. Fraud protection:

The Provider reserves the right to refuse payment of referral rewards or block the Partner's account without refund in the following cases:

  • Self-referral activity: registration of referrals by the Partner themselves using different email addresses, devices, or IP addresses to obtain illegal rewards;
  • Use of bots and automation: creation of fake accounts, use of automatic scripts for referral registration;
  • Fraudulent schemes: registration and immediate cancellation of purchases, abuse of the refund system;
  • Suspicious activity: mass registration of referrals in a short period without natural user behavior;
  • Metric manipulation: any actions aimed at artificially increasing referral commissions;
  • Spam and intrusive advertising: sending spam, placing referral links in prohibited locations, misleading users.

8.5. Verification methods:

The Provider conducts automatic and manual verification of Partner activity, including:

  • Analysis of IP addresses, devices, and user behavioral patterns;
  • Checking for the use of the same payment data by different accounts;
  • Monitoring time intervals between registration and purchases;
  • Assessing the naturalness of referral behavior (activity, usage frequency);
  • Verification of email addresses and contact information authenticity.

8.6. Consequences of violations:

  • Upon detection of fraudulent activity, the Provider may cancel the Partner's referral balance;
  • Block the Partner's account without the possibility of restoration;
  • Refuse to pay already accumulated referral rewards;
  • Delete all commissions obtained through dishonest means;
  • In case of significant damage, contact law enforcement authorities.

8.7. The Provider reserves the right at any time to change the conditions of the affiliate program, the commission rate, the minimum withdrawal amount, or completely terminate the program with prior notice to Partners.

8.8. By participating in the affiliate program, the Partner confirms that they have read all the terms and undertakes not to engage in prohibited actions. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt from liability.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. All rights to the Service, including design, source code, databases, trademarks, and other elements, belong to the Provider.

9.2. Images generated using the Service belong to the User and may be used for any purpose, including commercial.

9.3. The Provider has the right to use anonymized statistics and examples of generated images for marketing purposes.

10. Personal Data

10.1. The processing of User personal data is carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data".

10.2. Detailed information about personal data processing is contained in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to the Terms

11.1. The Provider reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time.

11.2. The new version of the Terms takes effect from the moment of its publication on genroom.io.

11.3. Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes the User's agreement to the new version of the Terms.

12. Term and Termination

12.1. These Terms are effective from the moment of acceptance until the termination of the Agreement.

12.2. The User may terminate the Agreement at any time by ceasing to use the Service. Unused Credits may be refunded in accordance with Section 7.

12.3. The Provider may unilaterally terminate the Agreement in case of the User's violation of these Terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1. All disputes and disagreements are resolved through negotiations.

13.2. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be referred to court at the Provider's location.
